Asheville Youth Rowing Association practice schedule:

Saturday mornings
9 - 11: experienced rowers
11 - 1: novice rowers

Sunday mornings
9 -11 : novice rowers
11-1 : experienced rowers

Practices occur at Lake Julian Park located just off Long Shoals Road, in Asheville, N.C.

Clothing

Baggy shorts and long pants get caught in the moving parts of the boat. For safety reasons, the tighter the clothing, the better. Every rower should come to practice with a filled water bottle and sun screen.
